Scientific philosophy is essentially

Reality has no need of other realities to bolster it. There is no divinities hidden in the trees, nor any elusive thing in itself behind appearances, nor a mythological self that orders our actions. Life is truthful appearance.
I think Goethe said this. Or it could have been eloquently paraphrased by Borges.

Briefly…
